Class flow structure
Opening circle: karakia, intros, landing in the space
Mobility warm up: slow and sensual rolls and waves to delicious Jazzy RnB
Across the floor: basic follow along movements to build fire to spicy music
Reflection work: cheeky & playful prompts in front of the mirror, to say hi to your sexy self
