Join us on the full moon for an exploration of sensuality through movement. Sensual embodiment Workshop & Dance Party in one! Guided session where there are no agendas, well except having fun. Suitable for anyone open to moving, playing & exploring. Connect through breath, heartbeat, and movement.

About the Event
In this Sensual Embodiment workshop, participants will be guided through an exploration of sensations through imagery, prompts, breath, exercises, improvisations & movement. This includes themes of empowerment, passion, Mother Earth, and elements. Participants are completely free to choose how much they engage in the workshop, and encouraged to honour their body's wisdom.
Workshop and dance party in one.
Wear what feels good and you're able to move in.
Please note: There will be nasty music (predominantly R&B and Hip Hop) so if that's not your cup of tea this might not be for you.
