About the Event
In this Authentic Embodiment workshop, participants will be guided through an exploration of authentic expression through imagery, prompts, & movement. This includes themes of empowerment, emotion (energy in motion), expression, grounding, and connecting to your most authentic self. Guided movement exploration through imagery, exercises, and improvisations. Participants are entirely free to choose how much they engage in the workshop.
Held at Savitri Temple (the driveway directly after 122 Lone Kauri Road)
